Dr. F. Frik. İlaç San. ve Tic. A.Ş. has adopted a Quality
Management System that would help us to devise strategic solutions for the
management of the work environment, and ensure a structured way of defining the
responsibilities of each department. At this point we are focused on the
utilization of this system and encouraging all of our employees to integrate
the quality management concepts.
We rely on the “QPR Process Guide – Collaborative Management
Software” to effectively manage the Documentation of our Quality Management
System. We always take further steps in terms of continuous development and
improvement of our Quality Management System, and improve our processes.
To realize our mission and fulfill the vision of our company,
we have chosen the ISO 9001:2000 International Quality Management System
Standards as a model in all our activities that affect the quality of our
products.
Within the frame of “respecting human beings” approach, which
is the foundation of our institutional values, our goal is to ensure the
unconditional satisfaction of all individuals and institutions that benefit
from Dr. F. FRİK. A.Ş.’s products.
We firmly believe that we are different and unique because of
