We believe in

conduct orientation program and on-the-job trainings. Afterwards, we implement
our training programs together with the “Annual Training Plans”, which are
designed in line with the strategies and targets of the organization, “Training
Need Analysis Surveys”, Performance Management System results, feedbacks from
the customers.
We
evaluate the effectiveness of our training activities and improve accordingly
