Dr. Frik offers
good career opportunities for current vacancies which come up from time to time
due to several reasons. We search people who meet our requirements in line with
our company structure, mission, vision, assets, quality standards and aims.
All
applications via various sources including e-mail, corporate web site,
employees in the organization, consultant companies are collected in our “job
application pool”. The candidates whose competences fit our requirements in
terms of our needs are collected and evaluated in our “candidate pool”.
We aim at
placing the right candidates to the right positions through interviewing
process, either one-to-one or group interviews or if necessary implementing
specific tests.
After the
selection process we make an offer of employment to the best fitting candidate
and in case of acceptance, we welcome our new fellow employee in the “Dr. F.
Frik Family”. Candidates who are not appropriate will be
informed accordingly.
We
support our new colleagues via orientation program and on-the-job trainings so
that they easily pass the adaptation process.
