We claim that not
only positional changes but also the increase in the authority and
responsibilities of the employees in their existing positions based on the
performance is of importance for the personal development.
We
determine the competencies of our employees on the job and have the respective
competencies needed improvement, developed in accordance with a plan. In that
context, our employees continue to work in the positions, where they will be
successful.
By
doing this, we not only take into account the performance and/or
appropriateness of the employees in the existing positions, but also their
appropriateness to the higher positions.
